Greetings from Bangkok, Thailand 👋
I’m bursting with excitement to share two huge updates with you.
First up, I’m thrilled to announce that my new book, Letters to My Life, is officially out in the world in paperback TODAY!
Over the past four years, I poured my heart into writing letters that capture some of my most meaningful moments and lessons. While many of these reflections come from moments I’ve shared, some heartfelt letters are completely new, offering fresh insights I’ve never shared before. I’m so excited for you to dive in!
Inside, you’ll find a mix of personal stories and reflections, from my letter to Omi I can’t finish without leaking saltwater to a new outlook on anxiety—and even a note from the future self we all want to hear from. I hope something resonates with you deeply.

Living abroad has been a dream since my college study abroad days, but life threw a few detours my way (2020, anyone?). Then my quick stop in Hawaii turned into three incredible years. But now the time feels right, and I’m excited to break my island fever and go international by starting a new chapter teaching high school English in Chiang Rai. Let’s see how this experiment goes!
This is my first time in Thailand and teaching English, so I’m soaking up every new experience, even the simple ones like toasties from 7-Eleven when I’m exhausted. I can’t wait to share my journey with you in the coming months and would love any Thailand or teaching tips if you’ve got them!
